Small Group Pilates sessions in Private studio

If you would like to attend a class, contact Pippa and she will send you a health questionnaire which you will need to complete and return. You will then be invited to a short introductory session to run through the basics of Pilates and to give you the opportunity to describe any specific difficulties or requirements you have. Pippa will then endeavor to allocate you a class that fits with your diary and needs.

Classes are for a maximum of 8 participants, and they run in 6-week blocks, please see pricing for more details on costs.
