Bespoke 1:1 Pilates for general health and well-being

Many clients value an initial 1-hour private session to learn the basics of Pilates and to feel its benefits, some then continue with private sessions long-term, experiencing the amazing benefits it brings, others choose to do a block of individual sessions and then join a group class.

If you are interested in a 1:1 session with Pippa please contact her to arrange an initial appointment. At this appointment Pippa will spend time with you to assess your specific needs and requirements and goals and formulate a plan with you.

Sessions are then tailored around you and your goals. They are 1 hour long and can include both floor work, and small and large equipment including the Reformer or Cadillac.
